Chili Cookoff benefit February 6th in Boca Raton
Tuesday, January 26th, 2010At I Want to Learn English (IWLE), we are passionate about the power of education to transform lives, neighborhoods, and nations. And in today’s world, we are keenly aware of the impact English can have on breaking cycles of poverty in families, communities, and societies. Computer-based language learning is a widely accepted teaching method in the private, public, and higher educational school systems of industrialized nations, and even used worldwide by business as an adult learning strategy.

Mythos Greek Taverna is hosting a benefit event on Saturday, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM to raise money for Doctors Without Borders and collect food and medical supplies for the people of Haiti. Nicholas Marks (an incredible guitarist who typically plays at The Hard Rock Cafe) will be performing. We’ll be raffling off products and services from various sponsors in Coral Springs, as well as the shops and restaurants of The Walk.
